Today would have been Julia Child's 100th birthday. She has always been a personal inspiration of mine as a fellow late-bloomer, and as a one of kind, fearless lady. She is the original tv chef who made even the most complex elements of french cuisine seem fun and attainable with a few life lessons thrown in. I have included a video of the maestro at work below:
